オバマ大統領 プラハ演説 - 核廃絶宣言[ Prague, Czech Republic 2009年4月5日 ]

　2009年（）の4月5日、バラク・オバマアメリカ合衆国大統領は、チェコの首都プラハ・フラチャニ広場で演説し、

「核保有国として、核兵器を使用したことがある唯一の核保有国として、米国には行動する道義的責任があります。米国だけではこの活動で成功を収めることはできませんが、その先頭に立つことはできます。その活動を始めることはできます。従って本日、私は、米国が核兵器のない世界の平和と安全を追求する決意であることを、信念を持って明言いたします」

And as nuclear power –- as a nuclear power, as the only nuclear power to have used a nuclear weapon, the United States has a moral responsibility to act. We cannot succeed in this endeavor alone, but we can lead it, we can start it.So today, I state clearly and with conviction America's commitment to seek the peace and security of a world without nuclear weapons.
